Why didn't I try this sooner?

My stay was amazing! Everything was spotless, and the friendly staff made check-in and check-out a breeze. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like bathrobes and a smart TV. The peaceful atmosphere allowed me to truly relax and recharge after exploring a vibrant neighborhood full of great restaurants. Can't wait to come back!

Charming little spot in Juarez!

Spent 2 nights here over Christmas. The vibe is super cozy and feels like home. The staff were really nice, and we loved our Junior Suite—clean with a comfy bed! The Nespresso in the room was a nice touch. Juarez is a trendy area with cool spots to eat nearby. Just wish the shower had better pressure.

My room was on the ground level, which was noisy due to street traffic and hotel visitors. It detracted from the overall serene experience I hoped to have.

The staff was AMAZING! Hector made sure every part of our stay was enjoyable. The only downside was not having a Do Not Disturb sign for our door. Otherwise, it was perfect! 👍

We had an amazing time! The complimentary welcome cocktail while waiting for our room was such a nice touch, and I loved relaxing on the sun terrace. One small downside was some minor wear on the sheets, but overall, it didn’t ruin our experience at all. 🌅

we had a wonderful stay at casa prim hotel boutique! the location was perfect, just a short distance from the central roma neighborhood. the staff was incredibly sweet and attentive. we especially loved the personal touch when they left us a handwritten note congratulating us on our honeymoon.

We booked an airport transfer through the hotel which didn't show up, but we managed to get an Uber with ease.
